Long answer: We welcome changes from buyers. Not every buyer desire is possible, but we will always work with the builders to get you everything you want out of a house. Most houses have plenty of options to best suit your family's interests and we are certainly happy to help you design your home the way you want it.

Initially you have a 90 day cosmetic warranty. During this time, we will meet you at your home to complete a service walkthrough. We'll submit a worklist to the manufacturer and the'll assign a contractor the task of making your house as close to perfect as possible.
Additionally, the home is covered for a year on warrantied items and potentially longer on certain areas of the home. Truthfully, though we want to help in any way we can. If there is ever a problem with your home, please just call. We'll do what we can to help fix any problem.
